Will you style the property prior to the shoot?

We are happy to make minor adjustments if needed, but the property should be clean, tidy and styled accordingly when we arrive. In some cases, especially with larger properties, we tend to visit to get an idea of space and what is required before the shoot. We can provide a stylist to help enhance the space on the day, this is highly recommended for premium properties (+£100 option)

Please Note: Cleaning is NOT part of our service, properties should be clean and tidy before we arrive.

Will you photoshop the property images?

While we are happy to make minor adjustments to the images, we will not remove environmental objects such as lamp posts, telegraph poles, power lines etc, as your photos should convey an honest depiction of your surroundings and property to avoid misleading potential buyers or clients. If the property has marks on the walls or stains etc, we can do our best to remove these but ideally this should be sorted prior to our visit. How the property is presented in person is how it will look in the photos.

What if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?

If the weather is bad on the day of your property shoot, we are happy to reschedule to the next available date. However, as professional property photographers, we always edit our images and use professional lighting equipment to ensure you have bright, well-lit, appealing photos even on the dreariest of days. We can replace skies should it look overcast, however if the day is raining heavily, a reschedule may be the best option for exterior photos.

Can you supply drone images?

Yes. we are fully qualified via CAA to conduct commercial drone photography. This is weather and location dependant.
